Responsibility

- Team Development: Coach and motivate Financial Advisors to meet performance goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with Partners through regular communication and meetings.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to compliance and conduct standards among the team.
- Training Feedback: Identify training needs for FAs and provide feedback to the training department.
- Activity Coordination: Manage the schedule for team activities, assessments, and events.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit consolidated sales reports to management.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Client Service: Ensure high-quality service and effectively manage client complaints.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
