- Set individual sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
- Prepare monthly PJP for regional sales teams and report to the S&D Director.
- Maintain relationships with key customers, introduce products, and negotiate to increase sales.
- Manage dealer relationships to effectively grow sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the S&D Director to create and implement sales strategies.
- Initiate sales incentive schemes to motivate sales supervisor performance.
- Review and report on weekly/monthly sales reports from the regional sales team.
- Develop and improve sales force competency through training programs.
- Address share market feedback and find appropriate solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.


- Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing Management or Business Management or related studies
- At least 7 years of working experiences in Sales or related fields (Alcohol Beverage industry preferred)
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills in both Myanmar and English
- Able to formulate effective Sales strategy, planning, execution and reporting
