Responsibility

Strategic Planning

• Maintaining revenue targets for the company and team along with KPIs
• Presenting sales reports to the supervisor/management on a monthly/quarterly and
annual basis
• Actively contributing towards product selection, quality improvements and innovation,
corresponding to client demand which propagate attaining greater market share with
minimum effort

New Business Initiatives

• Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
• Spotting market opportunities for new business and utilize idea where appropriate along
with closing the deal at win‐win situation through proficient negotiation
• Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead management process
• Active participation in the relevant events and supervising the future activity and
planning.

Relationship Management

• Study the needs and expectations of the customers and providing them the right solution
• Accurate forecasting and timely payment realization

Project Management
• Define the project scope and goals together with supervisor/management
• Foresee roadblocks that can delay progress and develop plans to overcome them

Administrative
• Assist with Marketing related activities

Requirement

• Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
• Dedication and integrity is expected from the interested candidate
• The applicants should have relevant experience and good knowledge in a similar
environment (Building Material) would be an Advantage for Sales
• High level of expertise in MS Office soft wares in required
• Candidate must be interested in learning new softwares like SAP, Hubspot and
Smartsheet
