Responsibility

- Manage and troubleshoot Desktop PCs, Laptops, WAN, LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls and Internal systems and network infrastructure for Head Office and Branches.
- Resolve technical issues through Helpdesk Ticketing System.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Discuss with users or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or provide technical assistance and support.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems or appropriate software for Head Office and Branches.
- Ensure highest levels of availability and reliability of system and infrastructure.

Requirement

- Degree holders of Computer Technology, Information Technology & Computer Science would be relevant.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field
- Strong familiarity with Windows operating system platform especially Windows 10 and 11
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/ IP, Wireless, Network Security
- Experience in IT Infrastructure such as Server OS, Storage Server or Enterprise Network Management, and Virtualization Platform such as VMware and Hyper-V is an added advantage.
- Good to have hands-on experience in Linux Environment.
- CCNA or MCSA certified is preferable.
- A self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learning, high achieving, “can do” mentality.
- Possess a logical approach to problem-solving
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environment and working well under pressure
- Excellent personal organization, ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.
- Knowledge in both hardware and software.
- Strong communication skills in both Burmese and English.
