Responsibility

- Oversee talent acquisition strategies, including forecasting needs and developing sourcing plans
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from assessments to offers
- Lead and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategies
- Build and manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies
- Ensure smooth recruitment processes and timely closures
- Participate in development programs for personal and professional growth
- Coordinate talent attraction activities, including job advertisements and referral programs
- Adhere to salary benchmarks for positions
- Monitor and manage cost of hiring per employee
- Aim to reduce team overtime costs compared to previous financial year

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred from related Human Resources Management)
- Effective communication skills (proficiency in English and Myanmar) and the ability to interact with staff of all job levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- At least 5 years of solid recruitment and selection experience as a Lead
- Knowledgeable in HRIS
